Your privacy matters. All customer data (name, address, phone, etc.) is used solely to process and deliver your shipments. We never share your information with third parties. Payment details are encrypted and handled securely.
2. ⚖️ Terms & Conditions
• Full payment is required before dispatch.
• K&M is not responsible for customs delays, charges, or third-party errors.
• Customers must ensure accurate delivery details.
• Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Packages not picked up after 5 days will incur $100 JMD daily storage fee.
3. Customs Notice
NB: According to Jamaica Customs guidelines, customs fees may apply to any package valued at $100.00 USD or more. Duty and taxes are calculated by Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Restricted Items
To comply with international and Jamaican regulations, we do not ship the following items:
• Firearms or ammunition
• Drugs or illegal substances
• Flammable or explosive items
• Perishable goods (unless pre-approved)
• Live animals
• Pornographic material
• Hazardous chemicals
• Currency or negotiable instruments

5. Storage Policy
We offer a 5-day grace period for pickup or delivery after your item is cleared.
After 5 days, a storage fee of $100 JMD per day will apply.
